Who has access to CAESAR?

Access to the baby直播app University Student Enterprise Systems, CAESAR, will only be granted to current baby直播app faculty or staff in a permanent position with legitimate University business reasons to access student related information.

If I change jobs within the University, do I need to submit new security access forms for the Student Enterprise System?

When an employee transfers from one department to another, new form(s) must be submitted to obtain the appropriate security access associated with the new position.

I have forgotten my CAESAR password. Whom should I contact?

I am a Mac user and I'm having problems using the student system. What can I do?

I am using Safari, Mozilla, or Firefox to access the student system and I am experiencing problems. What should I do?

How do I find and manage my favorites?

When you're using classic pages, your favorites are in the same place as before. You can now also find your favorites in the NavBar. For details, see Save pages to favorites.

Can i add a tile to my homepage?

Yes. Visit the page you want to add, click the action list icon, then click Add to Homepage. For detailed instructions, see Save pages to your Homepage.

How do I change my default homepage?

To default to a different homepage when you login, change which tiles appear on a homepage, or reorder the tiles on a homepage, see Customizing your homepage.

What is the Administrator-Basic homepage?

The tiles on the Administrator-Basic homepage contain collections of commonly used pages with convenient side menus. Note that these navigation collections only contain the most commonly used pages. Some pages that you have access to may not appear here and can only be accessed via the Classic Home or via the Navigator in the NavBar.

Why doesn't my report appear in the process monitor?

Many reports that previously appeared in Process Monitor now appear in Report Manager. The Report Manager link appears right beside the Process Monitor link.

Is it called CAESAR or SES?

It's CAESAR. In the past we've commonly referred to the administrative side of CAESAR as SES (Student Enterprise System), but it was always just one system. We're moving away from using SES as a secondary name for CAESAR, but SES will continue to be the name of the department that administers CAESAR: Student Enterprise Systems.

I am a faculty member and I cannot access the system to check my class roster, or submit grades online. What do I need to do?

I am an advisor, and the links to WebNow do not work. In which browsers should the WebNow links work?

Please see Viewing WebNow Documents for assistance. In sum, the only browsers that support --and Java is necessary for using WebNow--are Internet Explorer on Windows and Safari on Mac OS.

Where do I find class rosters and grade rosters?

Class and grade rosters can be found under the My Classes tile on your homepage.

Where do I find my advisees?

How do I view popups on my mobile device?

How do I find information regarding online bill pay using CAESAR?

What is the difference between an Emergency Contact and an Emergency Notification phone number?

Your Emergency Notification number is used in the event of an emergency on campus that would require the University to contact you immediately. In the event of such an emergency, a recorded message will be sent to each of the numbers that you have designated to be used for emergency notification. Your Emergency Contact(s) will be used in times of emergency when it may be necessary for us to know who can make medical decisions on your behalf. This information is used in the rarest of occasions, but it is important.
