Application Support

SAIT provides back-end support for applications purchased by Student Affairs departments.  Staff who require installation or removal of applications, creation of login credentials, or support for malfunctioning software can submit a Support Request.  Requests for application access for new staff can be submitted as part of the New Employee Onboarding Form.

SAIT application support does not extend to training staff on daily use of the application.  Departments in need of training can visit the Training page for more information.
