GeoBlue for Kellogg Programs
baby直播app students traveling internationally on Kellogg School of Management Programs will be automatically covered by baby直播app's blanket health insurance plan (“the plan”) provided by GeoBlue. To activate coverage, students must complete the trip requirements in baby直播app’s International Travel Registry (ITR). Students traveling as part of a group led by a faculty or staff trip leader will receive an email notification from the travel registry system when it is time to register. Use the link provided in the email notification to complete your registration.

Eligibility
- The Kellogg GeoBlue blanket plan is available to students enrolled at baby直播app University for the current or upcoming term who are engaged in Kellogg-sponsored or -supported travel and their eligible dependents, as listed in the certificate of coverage
- The Kellogg GeoBlue blanket plan expires on the last day of the program; if students elect to travel independently prior to, or at the end of the program, they should enroll in health insurance for leisure travel
Registration/Pre-travel Preparation
Before Travel
- Download the GeoBlue app to register from the Apple, Amazon or Google Play app store
- Use Group Access Code GTB9999NWBKT and your baby直播app email address to register
- View your electronic ID card
While Abroad
- Locate healthcare providers and hospitals in your international destination
- Arrange direct payment to your provider, if appropriate.
- Access global health and safety tools including translations, drug equivalents, news, and safety information such as 911 abroad
- For students with pre-existing health conditions, meet directly with a medical clinician before you travel to create a plan to manage your physical or mental health condition abroad. Use this Pre-departure Program flyer and commonly asked questions to learn more about the program.
Coverage Highlights
- Zero deductible/no co-pays/no co-insurance and there will be no cost to the traveler for the plan, assuming the traveler meets eligibility criteria
- Pre-departure consultations with GeoBlue's Global Health & Safety team
- Routine, non-emergency care (including appointment assistance)
- Continuing services needed for pre-existing condition (such as physical therapy, allergy shots, counseling, routine blood work, etc.)
- Emergency treatment for accidents, injuries, illness, etc.
- Mental health services (including counseling/therapy)
- Prescription medication (including preventative medications)
- Remote counseling and telehealth services (link below)
Additional benefits requiring approval from GeoBlue at the time of need before benefit is conferred:
- Medical evacuation
- Security/natural disaster evacuation (provided by Crisis24)
- Medical escort for travelers unable to return on their own
Remote Care Services
The following remote services complement the services provided locally in the international destination:
Global TeleMD (non-emergency medical care)
Students can access remote medical service through Global TeleMD, a smartphone app, to connect with a network of global doctors available 24/7 for a same-day virtual appointments.
- Remote care services are designed for non-emergency use only, for emergencies, call the 911 equivalent in local area
- There is no additional charge for global teleMD services
- Services can be used to order prescriptions and send referrals letters
- To access the service, download the Global TeleMD app, register and create a profile. Then click “request a phone call” to connect to a medical doctor; review Global TeleMD flyer for step-by-step instructions
Global Wellness Assist (non-emergency mental health care)
Students can access an international assistance program (similar to an Employee Assistance Program) for confidential support, available 24/7/365
- Professionals can assist with a variety of mental health and wellness issues
- There is no cost for up to 6 counseling sessions per issue

Limitations
- baby直播app does not centrally restrict travel for graduate students, but students should consult with their supervisor, unit director or dean prior to scheduling travel to higher-risk locations; however, Crisis24, baby直播app's political, security and natural disaster evacuation (PEND) provider requires disclosure of planned travel to countries it considers high risk
- Loss arising from participating in a professional sport contest or competition, scuba diving, sky diving, mountaineering (where ropes and climbing equipment are customarily used), ultra-light aircraft, parasailing, sailplaning/gliders, hang gliding, parachuting, or bungee jumping

Care and Claims
- For assistance managing a pre-existing condition, contact GeoBlue in advance of your departure.
- Most prescription medications are easily transportable abroad, however, certain prescribed medications may not be available or are considered illegal in some foreign countries; for more information, read Traveling with Medications
- In case of medical emergency abroad, the traveler should go to the nearest clinic or hospital then follow directions under medical emergencies
- In most cases, travelers will pay up front for care, collect the appropriate receipts, and file for reimbursement. Follow directions for seeking reimbursement for care
