Airline Flex Policies

All travel agencies have to adhere to the airline policy when the traveler wish to cancel their flight.

Typically, the traveler will receive a credit in the amount of the existing booking to be used within one year of the original booking date.

In the current climate of the COVID-19 issue, certain routes and or airlines have a more generous policy for cancellation in which the traveler may receive a full refund of the entire cost of the airfare which applies to all cancelled booking through any of the travel agencies babyÖ±²¥app University uses.

Travelers first must review the airline policy in order to determine whether the route or the itinerary is eligible to receive a full refund or a credit. If the traveler determines that his or her route is eligible for a refund the must contact the agency and ask for a cancellation and a refund.

Otherwise the traveler should be able to cancel their booking online through Egencia or by calling the brick and mortar agency to cancel their booking (i.e. Travel 100 Group or IntraWorld Travel).
